The Bali Paradise Valley comes from the Indonesian island of Bali, which is situated ideally in the coffee growing belt between the Tropic of Cancer and Capricorn. The high altitudes combined with lush, volcanic soil make for ideal growing conditions for these premium Arabica beans. Harvested by hand, they're allowed to ferment for flavor before being washed and sun-dried.
