CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS
Our goal at Rococo Fine Foods is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Orders for gift baskets & fine coffee are immediately sent to production after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipping date.
DAMAGES
At Rococo Fine Foods, we take great pride in selecting only the finest products available. If for some reason, your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged item(s) to info@rococofinefoods.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will be happy to provide a replacement.
RETURNS
Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on food products. To return a non-perishable item, please email us at info@rococofinefoods.com and we will be happy to accommodate you. Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a package is refused at the time of delivery, it will be considered a “Return to Sender.” Refused deliveries are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks as the order was fulfilled and shipped as requested. Customers who refuse delivery are responsible for the following:
• Any additional shipping charges incurred, including return shipping fees and applicable customs or duties.
• A $15 administrative fee applied to cover processing costs for the unauthorized return.
Important Information:
1. Food Products Are Non-Returnable:
Due to safety and hygiene regulations, food items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances, even if the delivery is refused.
2. Customs Duties and Fees:
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the carrier or customs authorities at the time of delivery. If these fees are unpaid, the package may be returned to us, held in transit, or abandoned. Refusing to pay such fees is considered an unauthorized return and will be subject to the fees and conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Unauthorized Returns:
All returns must be pre-authorized by our team prior to processing. Refusing a delivery without prior authorization constitutes an unauthorized return, and the customer will be liable for all associated costs, including the $15 administrative fee.
4. Returned Packages Still in Transit:
If a refused package has not yet been received by us (e.g., it is held in transit or abandoned due to unpaid return shipping fees), we are unable to process a return or refund. The customer remains responsible for the original purchase amount, shipping fees, and any additional fees incurred.

• Promptly pay any duties or customs fees upon notification from the carrier.
