After harvest, the beans are carefully processed and decaffeinated using carbon dioxide. Note: Decaf coffees still have 5mg - 10mg of caffeine per cup, but are considered "caffeine free" per industry standards. While this is insignificant to anybody who drinks coffee, tea or eats chocolate, those with severe caffeine sensitivity should consult a doctor.
Price is for 1 lb (16 oz/454 grams) of whole bean coffee. Ground coffee goes stale quickly so we don’t bother offering it. Our coffee is carefully roasted and bagged to order. Please allow time for custom roasting.
