CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS

Our goal at Rococo Fine Foods is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Orders for gift baskets & fine coffee are immediately sent to production after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipping date.

DAMAGES

At Rococo Fine Foods, we take great pride in selecting only the finest products available. If for some reason, your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged item(s) to info@rococofinefoods.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will be happy to provide a replacement.

RETURNS

Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on food products. To return a non-perishable item, please email us at info@rococofinefoods.com and we will be happy to accommodate you. Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, it will be considered as returned to sender. Refused deliveries are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks, as the order was fulfilled and shipped as requested. Customers who refuse delivery are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred, including return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.
