Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order:
$100.00 (excluding shipping & taxes)

Orders Submitted with an Email Contact:
Email confirmations are sent upon order receipt (during business hours). An electronic receipt/invoice will be sent once the order has entered the processing stage. Hard copy receipts/invoices will accompany your shipment. Email shipping notices are sent once the order has left our facility.

Payment Terms:
First order must be pre-paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) until credit is established. Net 30 day terms will be given to companies with credit. All accounts must be current for orders to be processed and shipped. We do not ship COD.

Delivery:
Orders are shipped within one week (restrictions may be enforced between October and December). We promise to turn your order around as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Changes to orders may delay shipping. Additions to orders that have already entered the processing/fulfillment stage will be entered as a new order.

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground. A handling fee will be charged on all orders when use of your shipping account number is requested.

Backordered items will automatically ship unless otherwise notified. Freight is charged on all backorders. We do not offer pickup and/or cash & carry.

Claims:
All claims must be made to Rococo Fine Foods Inc. immediately upon receipt of goods. Claims made after 7 days from receipt of goods will not be honoured.

Returns:
Returns are not accepted without prior approval and unauthorized returns will not be honoured. Returns made after 15 days of receipt of goods will not be honoured, unless the cause for return is spoilage, damage or incorrect shipment. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shelf Life:
Approximate shelf life of product is 6 months stored in a cool dry area, unopened.

Pricing:
All prices are in Canadian currency (CAD) FOB Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and are subject to change without prior notice. Customers outside Canada may view current exchange rate information by visiting www.xe.net/ucc. Prices are wholesale. Taxes are extra where applicable.
