This tried and true seasoning has worked its way into the hearts and onto the dinner plates of foodies everywhere. Some are reminiscent of the scented air of a Sunday feast at your Grandmother’s house.
Suggested recipe: Makes 6-8 burgers. In a large bowl, combine 1.5 lb (680g) of ground beef, 6 tbsp (90g) of breadcrumbs, one package (50 g) of spice seasoning and 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly, form 6-8 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat grill/oven to 425ºf (220°c) and grill/broil for 3-4 minutes per side to an internal temperature of 160°f (71°c). Serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
