This tried and true seasoning has worked its way into the hearts and onto the dinner plates of foodies everywhere. Some are reminiscent of the scented air of a Sunday feast at your Grandmother’s house.
Suggested recipe: Serves 4-6 people. Peel 2 lbs. (1 kg.) potatoes and cut into large chunks about 2 inches in size. Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain the potatoes and mash. Add 1 cup (250 ml) milk and 2 tablespoons (20 g) of Roasted Garlic & Chive Mashed Potato Seasoning – for a great buttery taste we suggest adding 2 tbsp. (30 g) butter. Mash until potatoes are fluffy. For more intense flavour simply add more seasoning.
